What is IMATIS Visi?

Installing IMATIS Visi in several units of a hospital or an organization will give considerable synergistic effects. Setting up overviews that detail cross-unit ordering, logistics and messaging will contribute to improve overall efficiency and logistics, and will ultimately play an important role in establishing an effective patient flow.
A typical cleaning department view will show rooms, areas and beds that need cleaning. Setting the status of an area to "Dirty" will cause it to immediately appear in the cleaning department overview, effectively making the view a task list, where available resources can be allocated. When combining IMATIS Visi and IMATIS Mobilix, simply sending text messages or pages to the service personnel when new tasks are registered will further increase department efficiency.
Similar to the cleaning overview, the bed management view will keep track of available beds and their locations. Any changes in status will be immediately reflected in the overview.
A light bulb needs to be replaced. A bed is broken. The sink is blocked. A TV needs to be repaired. All of these are daily occurrences in a health organization, and keeping track of everything can be a task in itself. The service management department Visi view will keep tabs on everything, refreshing itself immediately to reflect any changes as they happen. Resources are easily allocated to each task.
Using IMATIS Visi to improve efficiency
The optional add-on Activity Monitoring is a set of tools designed to give a clear picture of the clinical pathways. By determining a set of key indicators, you will be able to monitor the processes and immediately spot any deviations. It can be compared to the dashboard of your car; when the oil lamp is lit, you need to take action to ensure that the car continues to function properly.

With configuration access you can configure and adapt your overview, either by creating a new view or by adapting from a pre-defined template.

An IMATIS Visi overview functions brilliantly when integrated with other hospital systems, such as Patient Administrative Systems (PAS), Hospital Information System (HIS), ordering systems, calendars and medical-technical systems. When integrated with other systems, Visi retrieves data automatically before displaying it in the overview.
